Support FAQ's for SolidIT

Installation and Update

Go to www.solidit.net.au and download the backup client from the website.

If you have not contacted us for an account you get a 30 day free trial account by clicking on the trial account on the log on page.  This will allow you to backup up to 50 GB of data (100 GB on your computer) for 30 days.

If you have an account with us then put in the account details that have been sent to you.

NOTE: Record your Encryption Key once the backup has completed.   If you do not have the encryption key you can not recover or restore your backup and nor can we!

Troubleshooting

If there are errors in the backup, we recommend that you put the following email - support@rniconsulting.com.au - into the contacts.   All contacts get a copy of the backup report.   If there is something wrong we will bring it to your attention
